Introduction

Publish Markdown from git as a static site, with tags, feeds, and a theme you can adapt. No CMS. No database. No server at runtime.

Start from a folder of posts, or import a public site. Genie can steer look in filepress dev. It never ships in production. filepress build writes build/ and fails if Genie leaked into that folder. Preview the result with filepress preview.
